Weight Does Matters<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Do not be misled by cheap and sub-standard LiFePO4 batteries in the market, as some products are even lithium-ion batteries disguised as LiFePO4. One simple way to assess LiFePO4 battery quality is by its weight. A reliable benchmark is roughly 1 kg per 10Ah of capacity. For example, a 50Ah LiFePO4 battery should weigh around 5 kg, a 100Ah battery about 10 kg, and a 200Ah battery about 20 kg. If you encounter a so-called 100Ah battery that weighs only 7\u20139 kg, this is a strong warning sign of inferior cells or that it may not be a true LiFePO4 battery at all.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n
