Fort Digital Customer Feedback/Survey System is a powerful feedback/survey system applicable for almost all scenarios and places like Retail, Service Centers, Airports, Restaurants, Government Offices, Schools, Clinics and Hospitals, and many more places.
ZERO Wiring or Server at your place, we provide you a Tablet (Can be your own as well), and we Install Fort Digital Software App, with Login for your Staff to log in, each Staff One Login Account. Creation of Login Accounts is on Admin Page in our web portal, and you can create, edit, suspend, and delete Staff Accounts.
We have 3 Types for you to choose from:

Quick One Touch Emoji Feedback System
This is usually to rate Overall Services without too many specific details. This is generally installed at places where people just have a short time to express their feeling, where they just need to give one touch to the screen.
It can be placed at the POS (Point of Sale) Counter, at the Entrance/Exit, inside Washroom (Toilets), near Cashier, etc.
Fort Digital will provide all installation, including Tablet and its Enclosure. It can be attached to the Wall, Floor Standing Kiosk, or Table Top Kiosk.
It doesn’t have any wiring (ZERO WIRING). It utilizes WiFi to connect and submit data to the server; hence, installation can be almost Anywhere without running any wiring or trucking.
It’s WEB BASED system, which means you can download and view the Feedback Results anytime, anywhere, LIVE.
There are 5 Levels of Satisfaction presented in an EMOJI Format: Excellence, Good, Average, Poor, Very Poor
You can change the Background Image, Logo, Color Theme, and Text to suit your company theme.
Reports come with MATRIX Table for easy digestion and quick summary, can be viewed per Counter/Location or Overall.
Quick Data to Identify Best Performance Staff Report
Once you log in to admin, you can quickly see who has the best score today, this week, this month, or all time, and reward them with incentives. For those who score poorly, training might be necessary.
Detailed Data available to be Exported; details up to individual click, including the DATE and TIME clicked.
Hundreds to Thousands of Staff Login
You can create hundreds or even thousands of username accounts with this system. And staff log in using their username and password during their shift. Hence, the report will accurately identify the best and worst performances. Cheating is not easy as counts of votes can be tallied with the POS system.

Beware of SMS Companies without SBO (Service Based Operators) Licensed by IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore) and Not Registered as Approved Aggregator by SGNIC (Singapore Network Information Centre). To operate and run SMS Services in Singapore, a company must have SBO License. Many SMS companies are operating without SBO Licenses, Local or International. Not only it’s illegal and against the law, but you are also jeopardizing your database security. Your Database will circulate the world and might end up on anybody’s server. Your messages will not be re-sent if they fail after the first attempt. No Data Encryptions. Non-Compliance to PDPA / PDPC (Personal Data Protection Act 2012). Midnight jobs, your SMS will not be prioritized and queued at Local Telco’s server; hence the message might reach the recipient in the wee hours. Fake Reports and inaccurate SMS Status will lead to confusion and disruption of the company’s operation.
