Text to Voice Call (Mass Call)

This technology is able to covert any of your TEXT into a Natural English Speaking Voice Call.

Useful for :

1. OTP

When your first attempt OTP, like SMS, failed for whatever reasons, you should use a different channel for the second attempt. VOICE CALL is one of the easiest, fastest, and most hassle-free ways to reach them, and it will make a call and read up your OTP TEXT automatically.

2. Chase Payment in Masses

Calling manually to chase payment is very labor intensive and costly. Using this system, you can quickly call hundreds or thousands of people in just a click, and they will receive a call with a payment reminder voice call.

3. Emergency, Fire Alert, Server Alert, etc

Server down, CPU Spike, Fire Alarm, CCTV Alarm, or any incident requiring immediate attention is best with voice calls. Because nobody misses a voice call, they must manually pick up or reject the call, getting their attention.

The recipient will receive a local call with a fixed local number, not an UNKNOWN number which most people will not answer.

You need not apply anything to use this service. Once you have SMS Credits with Fort Digital, you can also instantly use this service. You will be deducted 1 SMS Credit for 1 Voice Call. Visit SMS Service for more information or sign up for a new account here.

You can make Text to Voice Call in two ways:

1. Web Portal

Just COPY AND PASTE a list of numbers from any source like Excel or CSV or Text file, then add it to the final list. The system will automatically clean up your list of numbers from duplicated numbers and symbols and add your default country code.

Then you key in your TEXT Message and click Submit. Instantly the system will make a call to the masses. You can then download the reports later to see who picks up, rejects, and how many seconds they listen to your call.

2. API Integration

You can make a call from any of your applications. Just call our API :

Return Codes :

OK: CAbe748af6a96f19d1c20f6eb769dafbaf

You can check the status of the call via API as well :

https://mx.fortdigital.net/http/voice-status?username=xxxxx&password=xxxxx&id=359aaa90-25b5-43f1-b206-9f0f4fa21ff1
