STEP 1
Create an Event

Create Event Name, start and end date-time, quota, terms and conditions, logo, footnote, etc. The system will auto-generate a unique hyperlink & QR Code for public registration

STEP 2
Registrations

Send the Registration Link via email or SMS, or display the QR code Online or Offline to let people scan

They can add extra guest if allowed by the admin

SMS OTP during registration to prevent fake registration

Barcode Ticket issued instantly once OTP match. They will also receive SMS and EMAIL Ticket

Import Database

Suppose you already have a list of participants from another registration system. In that case, you can easily import them into this system using CSV file, and the system will automatically generate Unique Barcode Ticket for each of them. Then you SMS all of them the Barcode Ticket Link


Generate Batch Barcode Image

You can export all barcode ticket id and convert into barcode image to be integrated into your own invitation card / email


STEP 3
RSVP

The participant can select Meal Selection and Parking Ticket if required

Admin see live all Total Registered, Cancelled, Confirmed RSVP, Meal Selections, etc

Table Arrangement

Assigned all confirmed participants to their table number, then SMS to inform them


STEP 5
SMS Reminder

SMS participants for any updates you have. From reminders of the event date and venue address, cancellations, table numbers, covid restrictions, etc.


STEP 6
Check In/Out Guest

Use Fort Digital’s Check-In App (Android Phone) to Check-In guests. Just scan the Barcode Ticket using the phone camera

Check-In phone app will display the total pax already checked in and out to control the crown inside the venue

An event with Date, Venue, and Session will display the ticket info once scanned the barcode ticket. Hence, staff can reject check-in if the info is not match with current session


Booth Check-In

If your event has booth exhibitions, each booth can scan the barcode ticket of a guest visiting their booth. Then download the list of all guests who visited their booth at the end of the day

Booth Check-In Total and Data

Admin able to check the TOTAL number of Booths each visitor has visited, along with the respective visit DATE / TIME before visitors being able to redeem gifts or proceed to the next level


Add Remarks

Admin able to add specific remarks in each visitor’s data, serving as reminders for gift collection, status updates, special food orders, or any other pertinent notes of importance.


Booking By Date, Location, Sessions & Quota

This system can create reservations/bookings for Multiple Dates, Different Locations, and Different Sessions, with Quota set for each Session


Online Payment Service

You can easily process registration payments with major credit cards. Whether it’s a fixed fee for each registration or a customized arrangement tailored to your requirements, payments can be reimbursed to you in as little as one day after registration closes. Enjoy transaction fees as low as 3% + S$0.6.


Create Micro Site for Event

We have the ability to design a micro site tailored to your event, including registering a domain name and setting up email. If you provide us with your desired image design, we can transform it into a fully functional website that is optimized for both phone and desktop viewing.

These practices include 2 Factor Authentication for logging in through the Google Authenticator App, implementing OWASP Detection Rules, utilizing MOD Security Rules and MOD Evasive Rules to prevent brute force attacks, implementing Cisco DUO Authentication, being a DigiCert® SSL2 EV3 Certified Company, and whitelisting IP addresses so that only authorized IPs can access the service while others will be banned. Additionally, we have an auto-suspend feature that blocks an IP address after someone tries to log in with the wrong password more than five times.
