With numerous facilities and venues available for booking, we lacked a proper system to manage and streamline the process. Now, we can easily create facilities and venues, allow users to book, view the booking calendar, track all reservations, and send email/SMS notifications—all within a single, integrated system.

Facility/Venue Management
Create unlimited facilities/venues, each with a custom Name, Image, and Remarks for easy identification.
Facility/Venue Grouping
Organize facilities into Groups, allowing users to book multiple facilities at once when selecting a Group.
Facility/Venue Options
Add customizable options such as Size, Color, or other attributes, so users can choose additional preferences while booking.
Staff Management
- – Create staff login accounts for facility bookings. They can change their own password after login.
- – Add staff individually or import a staff list with username, password, name, email, department, and notes via Excel CSV file.
Facility/Venue Booking Features
- – Select booking Date and Time (From-To)
- – Book an Individual Facility or book via Grouping
- – Add Visitor/Customer Details, triggering an automated Welcome Email/SMS with a barcode ticket for check-in
- – Include Additional Custom Fields related to the booking
Booking Calendar
- – A powerful visual calendar to track booking statuses daily
- – Red = Booked | White = Available, for easy viewing
- – Hover over a booked slot to see who reserved it and negotiate for availability if needed
- – Both Admin and Staff can access the same calendar view
Booking History
- – Staff can view their own past bookings and cancel those that haven’t started yet
- – Admins can monitor all bookings made by all staff
Reports & Statistics
Generate reports based on Bookings, Facilities, Groups, and Staff usage trends
Broadcast Emails & SMS
Send notifications via SMS/Email to all staff or all visitors/customers for a particular booking
Integration with Guest/Visitor Management System (VMS)
- – Automatically links with Fort Digital’s Visitor Management System (VMS)
- – Once visitor details are added, they receive a Welcome Email with a barcode
- – Upon arrival, visitors scan their Barcode at the VMS Tablet, instantly populating their data—no need to re-enter details manually
