It is the simplest model, and you do not need any special rules. Suppose you ask the customer to SMS / WhatsApp to a Number (provided by Fort Digital); they will get the AUTO REPLY function. SMS is Text Only, while WhatsApp can send in Text or Image or PDF or Video. Fort Digital can set Generic Auto Reply or Custom Auto Reply. Whoever sends in will get that Auto Reply Instantly. While logging in to Fort Digital Web Portal, you can check all the entries and download the data. You can do your data cleaning and decide your prize winner if you want to; no special rules here.

When customer come over to collect their Prize, you login to ADMIN and goto REDEEM page, first, ask the customer for the RECEIPT, then you key in the RECEIPT NUMBER into the box and SEARCH, if exist, it will shows the details of the redemption info they SMS in before like :

You can then PASS them the Prize and ask them to KEY IN THEIR NAME into the web page and TICK Terms and Conditions to acknowledge their collection.

You can always go back to ITEMS page to EDIT the QUOTA if you need to, or DELETE campaign once done

Redemption Model 3 : Points Accumulation for Lucky Draw Chances

This model is to Accumulate Points for every purchase. For example, we set Every $50 purchase, will get 1 Point. Hence, they can SMS in as many time as possible with different Receipt Number and to accumulate points. They will get Auto Reply with the latest Points they have accumulated so far. This system also able to do Auto Check whether the Incoming Mobile Number is your Member or not, your side need to provide us the API to check.

Beware of SMS Company without SBO (Service Based Operators) Licensed from IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore) and Not Registered as Approved Aggregator by SGNIC (Singapore Network Information Centre) . To operate and run SMS Services in Singapore, company must have SBO License. There are many SMS companies that are operating without SBO License, Local or International. Not only it’s illegal and against the law, your are jeopardizing your database security. Your Database will circulates around the world and might end up at anybody’s server. Your messages will not be re-send if failed after first attempts. No Data Encryptions. Non-Compliance to PDPA / PDPC (Personal Data Protection Act 2012).
