Fort Digital’s Offline SMS System is continuously updated with the latest software enhancements, even though it operates as a fully offline solution. When sending SMS, you can choose a round-robin method to distribute messages evenly across all SIM cards for load balancing, or assign specific SIM cards to specific companies based on your operational needs. Each gateway can also be labeled and named for easy identification and management, providing full control and flexibility in your SMS operations.
The inbox page allows you to reply directly to incoming messages, export message logs for reporting or backup purposes, and clearly view which gateway each message was received from. Since each gateway can be assigned a company name, you can instantly identify the source SIM or company associated with every incoming SMS, making management and tracking simple and organized.
The Sent Log page displays the delivery status of every SMS, clearly indicating whether the message was successfully sent, pending, or failed, along with the specific gateway used for transmission. You can easily search and filter records based on number, date, status, or gateway, and export the data for reporting, auditing, or reconciliation purposes.
You can create and save SMS templates to speed up the sending process by simply selecting a predefined message when composing SMS. Templates allow you to standardize common replies such as payment reminders, appointment confirmations, OTP messages, marketing promotions, or system alerts. This reduces typing time, minimizes human error, and ensures consistent messaging across all operators while still allowing minor edits before sending if needed.
You can map each gateway SIM card to a specific company name, allowing you to clearly identify and manage multiple companies within the same system. When sending SMS, you can select the desired gateway based on the associated company. Likewise, all replies and incoming messages will display the company name linked to the gateway, ensuring clear tracking and organized communication management.
