If you are looking for a Small Setup of a Queue System for just 1 or 2 Counters of Staff, a small Crowd of Customers, Totally Offline, No Server, No TV, etc. Just a Ticket Issuing Machine + Calling Board, this is your choice.

LED Board

After the customer takes the ticket generated by Ticket Kiosk, you call them via this Wireless Calling Led Board + Calling Keypad. This Led Board has no connection to the Ticket Kiosk; it works Independently, hence No Wiring, No Server, No Internet Required, and you can install it anywhere you want.

All Combinations Links to Each Other (No Server)

Although No Server, No Internet is Required, this system still works seamlessly together with no matter what combinations you need. For example, if you choose the 3 Counter Keypad + 2 Led Display combination, all the connected devices will get updated when one keypad calls a new number. The 2 Led Board will change and display the number, and the rest of the Keypad’s Display will also get updated.

Example scenario :
Keypad 1 call starting Number: 1000, all 2 Led board shows “1000–>01”
Keypad 3 press NEXT, all 2 Led board shows “1001–>03”
Keypad 2 press NEXT, all 2 Led board shows “1002–>02”
Keypad 1 press NEXT, all 2 Led board shows “1003–>01”
Keypad 3 press NEXT, all 2 Led board shows “1004–>03”
and so on…

Calling Random Number or Sequence

This keypad allows you to call Random Number as you wish (Carbon Copies Ticket Method), or you can call in Sequence; press the + (plus) Button to call by incremental of 1 digit, for example, from 100 to 101. There is also a – (minus) Button to step down 1 number, for example, from 101 to 100.

The first number you call is the starting of the Ticket issued, for example 100; press Call, and the Led Board will “Ding Dong + Voice Calling” and display the Number. Then, to call the next Queue, you need not key in 101, just press the + Button; it will Auto Increase 1 Digit itself. You can purchase several Keypads from us if you have several counters.

Sync Latest Queue Number on All Keypad Display

This is a new technology from Fort Digital; although there is No Server, when one Keypad calls the Next Number, the rest of the Keypad’s Display will auto update to the latest Number. Hence, every counter can see the number displayed on the Led Board now.

Wireless As Far as 20-30 Meters Away

You can mount the Led Board high up or quite far from the counter desk. However, do a calling test before you mount up to ensure the connection is stable.

Install Yourself or We Install For You

This system is simple enough to install and mount the Led Board yourself, and there is no other wiring except Power Adaptor. Contact us if you require our professional installation service (separate charges apply).

VOICE Call Mode & Volume Setting

This system can call up the queue by VOICE as well. And able to adjust Volume Level.

Mass-manufacture signage uses seven-segment light; dim light and size are usually small and unsuitable for bigger rooms or outdoor.

Ticket Kiosk

Fort Digital will provide you with a Ticket Kiosk that can print out Physical Ticket. This Ticket Kiosk consists of 1 Tablet and 1 Printer. It’s an OFFLINE SYSTEM, no Internet required; you can change everything yourself on the Tablet App’s Setting:

– Create 1 to 4 Buttons for Service Selection

– Change the Title of Every Button

– Set Starting Queue Number for Buttons,
example Button 1 start: 100

This Kiosk will Auto-Generate Queue Ticket starting from the Set Number; for example, starting number is 100, and it will then print 101, 102, 103, and so on. The next day, it will auto-reset back to 100 again.

The printer is a thermal printer, inkless and the Tablet is from 8” to 10” with Stand and Lock. You can place it anywhere you want, as long as a power point is available. A Floor Stand model is also available for your consideration.

Multi Ticket / Carbon Copies

This Ticket Kiosk can print Carbon Copy of Ticket, from 1-10 copies per Queue Number. The purpose is:
– One ticket for the customer, and
– Another copy of TICKET for counter staff to call later. Or to be clipped with the customer’s file/folder to be called by Doctor later

Using the Multiple Tickets System, Counter Staff find it easier to call; they will not overcall the queue before the kiosk issues the ticket.

Print Same Ticket to 2 or 3 Printer Different Location

Besides 1 Printer being able to Print 2-10 Carbon Copies for 1 Ticket Number, our system can also print carbon copies of Ticket to Two or Three different Printers at different locations (within 10 meters distance). Same, No Wiring, No Server, No Internet required. This is very useful for the Counter or Kitchen to have a copy when a customer takes a ticket. Hence, the Counter Staff will only call on LED BOARD based on the Ticket printed out at their end. No more blindly calling Next Queue.

This is also useful if you have Multiple Services. Because this Offline System does not link the Ticket Kiosk with Calling Board, having more than 1 Service is impossible (unless you use Carbon Copies of Tickets issued by Customer Service). But with this Dual Print, whichever Service is selected by the Customer, the counter side also will get the same printout with the Service Name indicated on the ticket. Then, the counter will call on LED BOARD based on whatever ticket was printed out earlier.

Purchase Separately

You can purchase from us the TICKET KIOSK, KEYPAD, and LED BOARD separately, depending on your needs. And for the LED BOARD, you can have as different combinations as you want. Either 1 or 10 Keypads, and either 1 or 10 Led Board, we can program and link them for you. We always have ready stock at our Singapore Office, and our tech team will help you configure it before delivering them to you.

Local Warranty, Supports, Spare Parts, and Expansion

Avoid buying such systems from overseas.

First, it does not have Safety Mark. Such equipment is mostly ON for long hours and requires proper safety to ensure it’s not overheating that might cause a fire. All adaptors from Fort Digital are with Safety Mark to ensure usage safety.

Secondly, all overseas products are without Spare Parts. You need to throw away the whole set if small parts or accessories are no longer working. For example, if the keypad is not working, the entire system is useless. However, for Fort Digital, if any parts are not working, you can purchase the spare parts from us, which are always available anytime.

Third, all overseas products are Not Expandable. Buying an overseas system, you can’t add an extra Keypad or new LED Board to the existing configuration. Scenario: Class Dismissal Calling Board for Singapore Schools


Class Dismissal is always a messy process and generates a big crowd, where parents and children gather to meet each other. Hence, the class must be dismissed in Gradual. And this Zero Wiring Class Dismissal Calling Board will smooth this daily process.

The Board will be installed facing the parents waiting outside the gate. And when one class is ready to be dismissed, the teacher/staff press the Wireless Handheld, and the Class Number will light up accordingly.

There is also Ding Dong Sound to alert the parents when one of the numbers lights up and will also Blink to indicate which newly dismissed.

After 10 seconds of blinking, the Number will Light Up Permanently; hence, latecomer parents will know which class has already been dismissed.

Not only that, there is a THIRD LINE of the board with SCROLLING MESSAGES, in which you can put something to inform the parents, anything, from Schools Notice, Information, Health Guidelines, Holidays Info, etc.
