Inbox, Out Box, Sent Box, and Failed Box

Similar to an email client software, the system comes equipped with proper databases for seamless SMS job management.

The system features an Inbox for incoming SMS, an Outbox for pending jobs waiting to be sent, a Sent Box for confirmed sent jobs, and a Failed Box for jobs that were unable to be sent out due to various reasons.

Copy and Paste Send

With the system, you can easily copy data from any source, including Excel, CSV, or text files, and paste it into the designated field. This makes data entry a breeze and helps to streamline the SMS job creation process.

Simply copy and paste thousands of mobile numbers into the designated box, and the system will automatically clean them up, allowing you to input your message and send it with a single click.

Auto Clean Up Database Before Send

Before sending, the system will perform the following automatic cleanup operations on your mobile numbers:
1. Automatically filter against unsubscribe databases.
2. Automatically add the default country code (such as +65).
3. Automatically remove duplicate numbers, retaining only unique numbers.
4. Automatically remove symbols and alphabets, retaining only numeric characters.

Address Book Groups and Contacts

With this system, you have the flexibility to create an unlimited number of groups and contacts. Additionally, each contact can be included in multiple groups, allowing for maximum organization and ease of use.

Auto / Manual Unsub

If someone replies with UN, their number will be automatically saved in the unsubscribe database. Alternatively, you can manually unsubscribe from either the Inbox or Address Book.

Auto Reply 1 : Generic Auto Reply

The feature is known as “Universal Auto Reply”. When enabled, all incoming/reply SMS messages to the system will be automatically responded to with a single SMS message that is set by you. For instance, your “Universal Auto Reply” message could be “Thank you for contacting us. We will get back to you as soon as possible.”

Auto Reply 2 : Specific Auto Reply

Would you like to use this system as an answering machine for specific values that you set? For example, you can preset an auto-reply value into the system like this:
Receive: #rates
Response: Our rate is now 2.5.
If anyone sends an SMS with the text “#rates” to your system, the system will automatically reply with the message “Our rate is now 2.5.”

Auto Reply 3 : User’s Variable Auto Reply

If a customer sends an SMS with the text “#F1” to your system, the system will check if their mobile number is in the database. If there is a match, it will reply back with the message “250”.
Likewise, if a customer sends an SMS with the text “#F2”, the system will reply back with the message “23 Jan 2009” and so on.

Schedule & Repeat Schedule Jobs

You can pre-create SMS jobs and schedule them to be sent out at a specific DATE & TIME of your choosing.

You have the option to create REPEATING JOBS that can remind your customers on a weekly basis for up to five weeks.

Birthday Jobs

You can maintain contact with your customers throughout the year by inputting their DATE and MONTH of Birth (year not required). The system will automatically send a personalized birthday greeting (set by you) to the customers on their Birthday Month or Birthday Day every year.

Send Flash SMS

You can force your message to be read with Flash SMS. Simply enable the function when creating an SMS job and the message will pop up on the recipient’s screen without requiring manual opening. It covers the entire screen, compelling the recipient to read it.

Auto Registration/Subscribe Feature

You can utilize the system for various campaigns such as Lucky Draws, Free Trials, Surveys, Event Reservations, and even class registration for students.

Example SMS: Casia, Michael Tay
Upon receiving the SMS, the system will automatically create a new contact with the name “Michael Tay,” along with his mobile number and add him to the “Casia” group.
