The broadcast delivery logs show the status of each SMS, and when a message returns an “Unknown” status, it indicates the ideal opportunity to clean up your database. By sending us those numbers with an “Unknown” status, we can perform verification and confirm with high confidence whether the numbers are no longer in use or have been terminated. This allows you to confidently remove them and avoid wasting costs in future campaigns.

If you have any doubts about our results, it’s very easy to verify them yourself. Simply make a normal voice call to the numbers we have marked as invalid, and you will hear the telco announcement indicating that the number is no longer in use or has already been terminated.

Currently, our pricing ranges from S$0.08 to S$0.10 per number checked. Please let us know your volume requirement, and we will be happy to offer you more competitive pricing.
Check DNC
We also provide a DNC (Do Not Call) checking service if required. The results include an official PDPA reference serial number. The minimum check quantity is 5,000 contacts at S$0.015 per number. For checks below 5,000 contacts, an administrative fee of S$15 applies.
