Fort Digital Custom Payment Gateway provides a fast and seamless self-service ticket purchasing experience. Customers can easily select the number of Adult, Kids, or Senior tickets. After confirming the selection, users simply tap their credit card, mobile wallet, or scan PayNow to complete payment instantly.
Once payment is successful, the system automatically prints a receipt together with all QR Code admission tickets. Visitors only need to present the QR Codes at the entrance gate for quick scanning and smooth entry, reducing manpower, queues, and waiting time.
Using Fort Digital Mobile App, staff simply scan the QR Code presented by the customer for instant verification. If the QR Code is valid and has not been redeemed previously, the system will display a successful check-in confirmation immediately. If the QR Code has already been used or redeemed before, the system will automatically alert the staff to prevent duplicate entry.
Users can enable or disable any ticket category from the Settings Page based on their requirements. They can also fully customize and rename each ticket category title, such as Adult, Child, Senior, VIP, Student, or any other preferred naming.
You can customize and change the pricing for each ticket category individually based on your requirements.
The system also includes a configurable setting that only allows check-in for tickets on the valid event date, blocking tickets from being used on past or future dates to ensure strict day-based admission control.
You can configure the system to accept Credit Card and Mobile Payments only, or enable additional payment options such as PayNow.
Very detailed reporting system with full transaction tracking and monitoring. You can view all transactions, search specific transactions instantly, monitor total sales by daily, monthly, or yearly periods, and export the complete data into Excel format for reporting, auditing, and analysis purposes.
You can monitor your earnings live anytime through our Mobile App or Web Portal, including real-time transaction updates, payment history, sales summaries, and detailed reports.
We also provide API integration for your own systems and applications, such as gaming systems, redemption systems, access control, or self-service kiosks. For example, before a player can start a game, they simply scan their QR Code at the QR Code reader, and your system can use our API to instantly verify the validity of the ticket or payment. If the QR Code is valid and unused, your system can automatically trigger and start the game or grant access immediately.

No Payment Proof Required
Our PayNow system uses Direct Bank Link with LIVE Payment Verification. Once customers scan the PayNow QR Code and complete the payment, our system will automatically check directly with the bank in real time to verify whether the payment has been successfully received. Once confirmed, the system updates LIVE instantly, eliminating the need for staff to manually verify payments or ask customers to show screenshots as payment proof.
