Sample System :
Check-In via NFC Card
Fort Digital’s NFC/RFID Card Check-In System provides a simple and reliable way to manage staff attendance. Each staff member is issued an NFC/RFID card linked to their profile in the system. Every day, they just tap their card at the reader when they arrive to check in for work, and tap again when they leave to check out.
The system automatically records and logs their entry and exit times, creating accurate attendance reports without manual tracking. This ensures transparency, reduces administrative workload, and makes it easy to monitor working hours in real time.
Sample System :
Matching of Attendance / Absentee
Fort Digital’s NFC/RFID Card Check-In System also includes a “Matching” mode, which is especially useful for group-based attendance, such as classrooms or team activities. In this mode, a predefined group of contacts is uploaded into the system in advance. When individuals tap their card, the system cross-checks their information against the group list, automatically marking who is present and identifying who is absent. This provides an efficient and accurate way to manage group attendance in real time, eliminating the need for manual roll calls and ensuring clear, organized records.
Sample System :
Count Attendance / Tally Mode
Fort Digital’s NFC/RFID Card Check-In System offers a simple yet powerful “Tap and Calculate” mode designed for fast and reliable attendance or access tracking. Each staff member’s essential details, such as their name and identification number (IC), can be stored directly on the NFC/RFID card. When the card is tapped on the reader, the system instantly retrieves and displays the individual’s information, ensuring accuracy and minimizing manual entry errors. This method provides a seamless way to monitor attendance, record check-ins, or validate identity in real time, making it highly efficient for schools, offices, and events.

Our top priority is ensuring security, and we achieve this through implementing the best practices available. These practices include 2 Factor Authentication for logging in through the Google Authenticator App, implementing OWASP Detection Rules, utilizing MOD Security Rules and MOD Evasive Rules to prevent brute force attacks, implementing Cisco DUO Authentication, being a DigiCert® SSL2 EV3 Certified Company, and whitelisting IP addresses so that only authorized IPs can access the service while others will be banned. Additionally, we have an auto-suspend feature that blocks an IP address after someone tries to log in with the wrong password more than five times. All of our servers are located in Singapore and we hold an SBO license from the IMDA (Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore).
